WHOLE BODY STRENGTH on the @vitruvian.form 👊🏼 If you’ve seen my stories this week, you know I’ve been filming some workouts on the V-Form for their workout library! 🎥 Here are some of the exercises I featured in the new workouts...
▪️DEADLIFT TO ROW
(hamstrings, glutes, back)
▪️KNEELING CHOP
(abs, obliques, shoulders)
▪️PULL THROUGHS
(hamstrings, glutes)
▪️CROSSOVER SUMO TO HIGH PULL
(quads, glutes, hamstrings, shoulders)
▪️KNEELING TRICEP EXTENSION
(triceps, abs)
▪️SINGLE LEG RDL KNEE UP
(glutes, hamstrings, core stability)
I put all these exercises in a workout yesterday (using the workout builder) & it was a good burn! 🔥 Loving the challenge of these workouts, slowing things down & controlling the resistance through the cables...💪🏼 After looking at my progress over the last few months and seeing the stats at the end of my workout yesterday, it looks like I’m getting stronger!! 😈 #weightlifting #resistancetraining
