Unilateral & anterior oblique sling exercises on the @vitruvian.form 👌🏼💪🏼🤘🏼 I LOVE this style of training! Particularly because your core and coordination get a MAJOR workout 😬

Unilateral training (1 sided exercises) really helps to improve imbalances in the body because we are forced to work each side on its own (without the other side kicking in to compensate for weaknesses) 💪🏼 It also forces our core to switch on for balance and helps improve coordination (brain-to-muscle signalling)

Anterior oblique sling training (training the muscles & fascia at the front of the body going diagonally, for example, from the left hip to right arm) helps to improve stability of the pelvis and spine. If we can improve this, we improve our movement during other types of training & exercises, AND also during day to day activities like walking, running, stair climbing, balance, rotation etc.
