RUNNING DRILLS 👟 You guys asked for a video of this, so here it is! 🙌🏼

I do these as part of my warm up (usually 5min walk/jog laps of the track) before my sprint and long jump sessions...30m long with a 30m run through after the drill 👌🏼

1. REBOUND STEPS
2. BUTT KICKS
3. STRAIGHT LEGS
4. SIDE STEPS
5. GRAPEVINE
6. HIGH KNEES
7. HIGH SKIPPING
8. BOUNDING
9. 3 x SPRINTS

No only do these drill help with coordination, but also help improve things like foot strike on the ground, strengthening tendons, muscle reaction speed, leg turnover, hip mobility, and running technique! 🏃🏽‍♀️ #runningwarmup #running #freshbodyfitmind
