It’s only Tuesday so we have a ways to go for the week! I’m very excited this week because my new app is launching on MONDAY!!!! (10/18)

I’ve had a lot of long days, late nights and slammmmmed weeks working in my new app. It’s been SO worth it. From the very first day I became a trainer and still the most important thing to me is that my clients enjoy the workouts, the set up of my workouts and everything in between. I welcome suggestions and I try my hardest to implement everything you guys ask for. I’m here to LISTEN to you because that’s what personal training is about. It’s important to me that YOU get the app YOU WANT! There’s a ton of new features in my new app that all of the Queens have been asking for.
