This past year I have really started to dig deep on SLEEP & how it affects virtually everything.
.
Scale not budging? Hormones going cray? Depressed? Exhausted? Unmotivated? Brain foggy? The list goes on…
.
What works for one may not be the best for another..it’s quite crazy & interesting. I’ve seen it 1st hand w/ my hubby & I.
.
There’s sooo much information out there & I’ve found for me personally is to just experiment on self & look at the data using trackers.
.
No more leaving Law & Order on all night as my soothing background sound. 🥴 Also, no more phone by the bed until its in airplane mode. 😆 (I guess insomnia scrolling aint good for sleep either haha)
-Those 2 things immediately helped but I wont lie, law & order is deeply missed rn.

Just wanted to share that if you are having issues, especially with weight loss & chronic fatigue, maybe try focusing on how you are sleeping, track it, & see if it helps you out?
.
I’m not the expert but I won’t let that stop me from sharing what is going on over here in my neck of the woods. Always on a mission to be my best self & sharing the goods along the way.🦋🐸
