Woke up exhausted and just unwell from all the sadness in the world and within my inner social circles. Friends grieving, losing loved ones, ill, anxious about the future... The only thing we can be attempt to be in control of is how we manage our time everyday. I have spent everyday for the past week just getting my endorphins up by exercising.
