Ladies, tight hip flexors are a common problem and I know some of you ladies find that your hip flexors get sore during ab workouts. If this sounds familiar, I made this video for you! First up, I'm going to give you some stretches and glute activations to get you started, then some hip flexor friendly ab exercises that you can put together for an amazing workout.

✅ Hip Flexor Stretch - 60 seconds (30 seconds per side)
✅ Active Cobra Stretch - 30 seconds
Complete 1 lap

✅ Glute Bridge - 30 seconds
✅ Reverse Table Top - 30 seconds
✅ Abdominal Curl - 30 seconds
✅ Plank Rotation - 30 seconds
✅ Side Plank & Hip Lift - 60 seconds (30 seconds per side)
