WEEK 6 ‘CHALLENGE ME’ WORKOUT - GYM VERSION
I know that many of you ladies love working out in the gym or have access to one right now, which is why each week I’ve been giving you these gym versions of Sweat Challenge workouts!
This week we are finishing off the challenge with a FULL BODY workout. Get ready ladies. 💪You will need the following equipment:
👉 Dumbbells
👉 Skipping Rope
👉 Bench
👉 Deadball
👉 Cable
Circuit 1:
✅Double-Pulse Jump Lunge - 24 reps (12 per side)
✅Skipping - 30 sec
✅Alternating Bench Press - 16 repss (8 per side)
✅Dead ball Slam - 10 reps
Circuit 2:
✅Front Lateral Pull - 24 (12 per side)
✅X Mountain Climber - 24 (12 per side)
✅Burpee - 8 reps
✅Lateral Shoot Through - 24 reps (12 per side)
