I don’t have a lot of grey yet, but I have noticed my hair’s texture has changed a lot as I get older. Especially when I compare how Mazzy’s hair dries naturally to what my own hair looks like with no styling. It’s a mess! I have a lot of breakage at the top and a layer of frizzy dull hair that I have to flat iron, even if I style it curly. I was recently introduced to @hair.biology which is meant to help hair as it ages. I cannot say enough good things about it. I use the Full & Vibrant collection, which includes volumizing shampoo and conditioner, along with their thickening treatment at the top of my head and the Argan Oil Taming Serum from the middle of my hair down. I’ve never been a huge fan of leave-in hair products because my hair gets greasy easily, but that is not an issue with this combo! The top gets fuller and weightless, while the bottom feels moisturized and shiny. I honestly don’t know what it never occurred to me to use two different products at the top and bottom. Hair Biology says that you can see results after one use (I can attest to this), but that it gets progressively thicker and fuller over time. I am a convert!
