It started in March with the quarantine. Isolated and separated, people started to bake. And over these last few months, one of my favorite things has been seeing you all absorb and master my recipes. It’s been surreal to see photos of my desserts appear on my feed from home bakers from the US to Australia to France to Saudi Arabia. I imagine warm Madeleines in your homes as an afternoon snack, or a mini me cake for a birthday somewhere in another country. And I am so grateful in this small way to be a part of your year.
