It was once again a morning to remember for years to come by as the snowflakes were floating down the sky, getting caught on pine needles and some I caught on my palm, as I walked through the forest to Dharamkot, seeing snowy scenes through tiny windows between the trees, wondering if every part of the world would look as beautiful if it snowed all over.

Well that’s something I’d never know, but what I knew in that moment was that I was lucky enough to be there, to be witnessing these moments once again in another winter that I’ve spend living in these mountains.

But irrespective of how many times I’ve witnessed these scenes, I still stood there, mesmerised, and in awe of the world around me, which was still a little frozen while I made my way towards a corner filled with warmth.
