After a week off of lifting, started back with some basics! 👏🏻

These are some of my favorite core exercises and is the most advanced warmup sequence in the “Return To Weightlifting” program. The programming @mamastefit and I created is the path I followed to get back under the barbell with heavy weigths. We start off with very scaled core rehab and over 4 months the training plan will get you back to normal weightlifting training or ready for CrossFit classes. There is also an option for those that are further along postpartum. Bookmark this post for when you may need this if not yet! 🥰
