I took her to the vet for the second time and they said she has luxating patella (loose knee caps that can dislocate easily) but she is not in any pain, can put weight on her leg and should be fine in another week. They said this is very common in small dogs and she does not need surgery. Phew. They gave us more anti inflammatory meds and we got omega 3 vitamins to help with joint health.
