...decided to take a staycation by renting a house by the sea all by myself and it’s MAGICAL. I don’t know why I never thought to do this before. Went for a run this morning (hardest run in a long time - not sure why) and then rolled out my mat right on the edge of the ocean. The little white mat I use in the beginning is a shakti mat (like lying on a bed of needles but divine!) and after savasana I took i swim in my underwear because why the hell not.

Being alone is quite beautiful.

Turns out I’m pretty good company, after all.☺️

Now - coffee. Soon, @orothschild and baby Hedda. I’m so happy! Happy to be taking care of myself and to have some silence and to be here now. Have a beautiful Sunday all (and happy Lucia to all my Swedes!) xoxxx
