レイチェル・ブレイセンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (レイチェル・ブレイセンInstagram)「It’s 9am and I’ve worked out, practiced yoga, meditated, danced, journaled, brainstormed a new project(!!), baked sourdough, watered the garden, made pancakes and sent the kiddo off to school. Ok fine, the sourdough sort of baked itself by hanging out on the kitchen counter all night. The thing about rising at 4.45am is that you’re ready for lunch when everyone else has breakfast!!😅😂 How was your rise this morning? Oh and don’t feel intimidated by all my “doing” this AM (let’s not glamorize busy-ness!). I go through cycles of high energy and getting things done and then drop into total lethargy where I move like a sloth. Instead of fighting it I’m trying to listen to my body and allow myself to go from high to low without resistance. For a type A person, it’s hard to slow down when slowing down arrives....
