take three deep breaths before you go into your next meeting. drink water all throughout the day. go to bed a little earlier. rise a little earlier. move your body any way you can. listen to music that lifts you up. journal as a way to pour your feelings out on paper. light a candle with your morning coffee. take a 10-minute break from your computer every hour of your work day. breathe some fresh air. stretch. save up money for therapy. throw a dance party, just for you. close your eyes, place your hands to your heart and feel. snuggle your dog. sweat at some point today. rest when you are tired. call a friend. cook something delicious. DO ALL THE THINGS. or do one thing.
every moment spent taking care of yourself is a moment well spent - and every moment spent meeting your needs makes continuing doing more of the same easier. every day.
