I’ve been getting back to training with some stamina and finger strength programming. Here is a circuit for those of you looking to have some climbing-specific gym training that gets your heart pounding and your upper body working! (Make sure to do a proper hand warm up prior to this workout). Peace out surgeries; time to grind!
 
Set 1 (depicted in video)
* 5x half crimp pull ups (15-20mm edge)
* 5x half crimp pull ups with 3-5 sec lower (15-20mm edge)
* 10 sec hang on 5-10mm edge
* 4x30 sec sprint on airdyne (or rower or ski org); 10sec rests between 30 sec sprints
* 5x open crimp pull ups (15-20mm edge)
* 10 sec hang on 5-10mm edge
 
Repeat 3-5 sets for the burn!
