Shoulder Rehab - it’s coming along! 4 weeks since I subluxed the joint after an over-ambitious training session. Getting familiar with ROM pain sensations has been like... type 2 fun 😅 Uncomfortable but interesting. Currently in that pain-plateau phase where I can climb but am unwilling to try hard. Just putting one foot in front of the other with rehab and reactivation of muscles. Can’t let the shoulder get complacent!

Check out the band vibration in #2 😂 Deltoid is waking back up. #3 felt the hardest (keep your elbow tucked in and lined up straight with the plate). I’m balancing on a foam roller in #4 to make the scap raises more difficult.
