I’m a juice over coffee type of girl but something about Starbucks around the holidays just warms my soul! They have SO many delicious fall and winter concoctions but most are LOADED with calories and sugar so beware! . My usual order is a skinny vanilla latte with almond milk and only 2 pumps of the syrup instead of the 4 they normally put. Allows me to enjoy the vanilla-y sweetness while not overdoing it! If I’m grabbing a bite it’s usually the egg white bites ☺️❤️ . I have some clients who LIVE by their morning lattes and there is no need to eliminate anything you love - a few little adjustments here and there can make the world of a difference over time!
