HOW TO PROGRESS YOUR PUSH-UPS! 💪
Push-ups are one of those exercises that are often included in workouts, but I know they can be really challenging for beginners and people who are just starting to build their strength.

Ladies, it's important to go at your own pace with exercises like push-ups, as it's better to get your technique right and feel confident with the exercise in order to build your strength while avoiding injury. That's why I wanted to give you a list of push-up variations that you can use during your workouts.

Whether you’re a beginner or if you're looking to step up your push-up game, you can use this list of push-up variations to build up to a clap push-up:

⭐ Wall Push-Up⁣⁣: a push-up standing up, with your hands on the wall
⭐ Incline Push-Up (knees):⁣⁣ a push-up on your knees with your hands planted on a chair
⭐ Push-Up (knees)⁣⁣: a standard push-up on your knees
⭐ Incline Push-Up (toes)⁣⁣: a push-up on your toes, with your hands on a chair above you
⭐ Push-Up: a standard push-up on your toes with your hands on the ground
⭐ Clap Push-Up: Once you have mastered the push-up, try a clap push-up like I’m doing here!

Begin with the wall push-up, then if you can do ten in a row without feeling challenged, move on to the next variation in the list. 😜 If you feel challenged doing ten in a row, then use that type of push-up during your next workout until your strength increases and you can progress to the next type.
