Why you should REALLY use a foam roller... 🤔
If you've never used a foam roller, this video will show you how to get you rolling like a BOSS!

I always make sure I foam roll after my workouts, and sometimes I will also do it after my warm-up if my muscles are feeling tight.

Using a foam roller has many different benefits:

⭐️ Increased blood flow to your muscles, which improves delivery of oxygen during your workout.
⭐️ Helps to relieve muscle tension, especially after a hard workout.
⭐️ Increased range of motion. The action of foam rolling can help to stretch out and lengthen your muscles, which can help you get more out of your workout.
⭐️ Decrease recovery time. Foam rolling can help with muscle repair so you aren’t left feeling as sore the next day.

Give these simple moves a go and roll into your next workout feeling less tight or achey.

Foam Rolling Beginner Workout:
✅ Calves - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅ Hamstrings - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅ Glutes - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅ Quads - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅ TFL - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅ Lats - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅ Rhomboids (Thoracic) - 30 sec

Complete this once through.
