INCREASE YOUR VEGETABLE INTAKE!
So many of you ladies ask me how to increase how many vegetables you're eating each day - and I know some of you find it a hassle trying to fit in more. If this is you, I want you to switch your mindset! There are SO many great-tasting ways to add more veggies into your diet.

I recommend incorporating vegetables into dishes or snacks such as dips. Dips that include nutritious ingredients (like veggies or legumes) are the most beneficial to be eating - you could try tzatziki, beetroot hummus, or roast capsicum dip! I love making my own homemade dips, because I know exactly what is included, and I can add extra vegetables! Homemade dip with fresh vegetable sticks (like carrot, cucumber and celery) is the PERFECT snack.
