I don't think you need an excuse for lunching ONLY on a huge plate of roast new potatoes, properly greasy with good olive oil, a bit excessive on the salt, crunchy and positively FRIED on the outside, and floury, soft and sweet inside, as if they were savory apricots, covered in dry origano and topped with crumbled feta, together with sweet roasted garlic cloves. BUT if you do, I think PMS, crazy soaring Covid numbers, possibly facing another total lockdown, plus an exploding inbox are good enough excuses.
