Not training for over a month and being in a room for 24 hours a day plus the added mental trauma of finding out my baby daughters diagnosis is enough to drive anyone crazy. So it was important to try and bring some normality to the situation by training my body and by doing so relieving my mind! Prior to this I knew how good the @_beastfit app was, but I didn’t actually realise how useful it would be to me as right now mind mind struggles to be creative and think as it’s only channeled to worrying/sadness and being strong. Today was my first step back into training as it is vital for my mental health, my physical health and my all round good energy to surround my daughter with! 🔋✊🏾❤️🙏🏾 Thank you to my @_beastfit team for helping me create something that is not only helping others, but is really helping me right now! 💯 #beastfit
