The US/Mexico border is the largest land border crossing in the world and can be seen by some as the perimeter of Latin America, the edge of Mexico, Central and South America. This is the point at which 300,000 of our identities and histories are checked every day.

The US established an official border patrol in 1924 with the goal of securing the US-Mexico border.
