Day 1 of this new Monday clean work was a bit RUDE to me, but they can only get better right? 😅 (& also only heavier...) Adjusting to a new block height always feels like I’ve completely forgotten how to set up for a lift the first few days. BUT we worked through some funk on my snatches & brain seems to be much more with it so far this week, so all good things. @aimees2cents had to go back home today so everyone say BYEEEEE AIMEE. Always grateful for any face to face time, even if it happens to fall on the worst, most emotional week ever & I’m just a big grump 🙃 WE LEARN AND WE GROW
