First day back after a back off week always seems to be a bit wonky. Thing usually don’t feel heavy, just speed/timing & positions need some waking up. Got some of that out in my first session (see jerk... well and the clean lol) & things were moving much better in the second session! FIRST SINGLES instead of triples on a Monday in a good while & I’m not mad about it! Also first session lifting first thing in the morning since pre-quarantine too, but I’m undecided on how I feel about that 💤 (thx school)
