Back to full lifts after my wonderful week of powers. Gonna take a few more days to feel totally normal, but it’s all comin back around. Power week made my snatches feel a bit wonky but cleans feel pretty dang good??? I’m not sure what’s going on here. Last triple(ish??? Would you call this a triple?) of the day & a couple snatches from my on the minute work.
