I brought my nice camera with the intention of filming my top sets so I could slow them down allllll nicey nice for you guys, but super professional me completely missed & chopped my head off in all of them. So JUST PRETEND FOR NOW. Still working on lighter, perfect movement, but slowly creepin up. Body feelin a bit on the rougher side today, but nothin I’m not used to 🙃 One more day then a biggggg recovery Sunday.
