This would have been our normal back off week, but I’m gonna go for a lil power total this weekend for fun, so this week will instead be POWER WEEK. Blocks + powers are in my opinion the absolute hardest variation of the lifts (at least for me), but turned on the big brakes and stayed right at my comfy zone of the most borderline powers possible 🙃 Back is still #shreked from max deads Friday (turns out maxing your dead like once every other year FUCKS YOU UP.. but we knew this) so the block power combo was actually almost (ALMOST) a welcome one today! Should be interesting to find out what my powers are at as the week goes on.
