I say "smaler" because I have been using the bigger versions of iPhone for a few years. this iPhone 12 pro fits nicely into the palms of my hands, without sacrificing camera quality. It will be veeeery interesting to see how iPhone 12 pro max version will top this in a few weeks. -- So I have a confession: that last drink I posted, was not my drink. It was an alcoholic drink which i'm abstaining from as I am still breastfeeding (I know you can safely consume alcohol, but I prefer not to). Anyway, so I opted to have this virgin Singapore Sling instead. It was my first time at @celavisingapore this year. Upon entering, I was surprised to be ushered into the restaurant instead of the usual drinks area at the night club, the one next to that famous @marinabaysands infinity pool. I was disappointed. I knew the night club had the unobstructed view of the bay, while the restaurant has the viewing platform underneath it. I made small talk with the door staff who showed us to our table, and asked him about the night club. He told me the night club has actually been closed since March, when the lock down first began in Singapore. I should have known. I could only tell him that it was such a shame since I loved that area, and he replied that he, too, hopes it would open up soon as he is worried for his friends who are out of job. That short conversation was such a slap back to reality for me. I hadn't been out much this year, and all the overwhelming news felt distant to me. I hadn't had time to fully realize how people outside of my immediate circle of family and friends have been affected. You bet I felt pretty damn silly that I was only thinking of my own trivial needs and what photos I wanted to take, when people out there are actually suffering real life issues.
