I couldn't have predicted it at the time, but this was the last time I traveled, and it's over 8 months ago!! I've gotten a few DMs asking why I have not been active on IG. Well, for one, I haven't been out of Singapore at all this year. For us in Singapore, the COVID-19 situation began way earlier before it escalated globally so it would not be wise to travel. Another reason is... I didn't feel right to be promoting travel given the current climate of the world. All of you know I am normally an advocate for travel and exploring the world, but I do believe we can all benefit from staying put for the time being. I don't think international travel is going to recover this year, with all the second waves popping up all over the world. It does suck though, and I'm really missing my second homes... Tokyo and Bali in particular. I don't know when things will return back to normal but one thing for sure, I will never take travel for granted again.」7月30日 22時25分
