Now more than ever I’ve found it’s so important to teach my kids to be more self sufficient. Teaching them fishing, hunting with a bow and arrow, and how to grow their own foods.

Moving to Texas and sitting on 80 acres gives them a chance to experience life without the luxury of a city around. We have a giant pond on the property we will be stocking with fish so the boys can catch and cook a meal. Garden beds for them to grow their own foods and learn about what to plant based on the season.

I’m excited about the new skills they are learning. I’m excited about the future 🧡
