Getting my sweat on!💦🥵 Tag me in this workout or it didn’t happen 👀! I wanted something different today so I went for a full body cardio circuit. Made me drip in sweat but it was the best! I love to make cardio workouts fun instead of boring long walks on a treadmill🙈 Gotta work baby!

Method: perform each movement 30 seconds in a row. Inbetween rounds you can take a 1/2 minute break. Dont forget to drink your water!💧
