Sundays fueled by @vitalproteins 💦 Thought I'd share some tips for anyone kicking off their fitness journey. I get so many messages about this and everyone starts off a beginner!! Want to begin working out but don't know where to start? That used to be me! I would find all of the excuses in the book. I started my fitness journey 8 years ago and, wow, looking back time flies. Here are 3 things that helped me to get to where I am today: ❤️ Your body can stand almost anything. It’s your mind that you have to convince!  Too tired? Push yourself even if it’s just for 5-10 minutes. Don’t know what to do? Find a program to follow or different instagram workout videos! Don’t be afraid to ask professionals questions! You’ve got to tell yourself, I CAN DO THIS, because YOU CAN. Push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you. If you throw away your excuses, you’ll be on the right track! 🧡Motivation is what gets your started, habit is what keeps you going! Making a habit of working out is so important! It needs to be a part of your weekly schedule. Get yourself a workout journal and start writing out a plan for the week or follow a workout program to hold you accountable ( I have a bunch to choose from- link in bio ) If you find you have the most energy in the morning, wake up early and get that sweat in before you go to work! Even if you start off with just 2-3 days a week, that's amazing!! 💛Never give up and remember results don’t happen overnight. You need to fall in love with the feeling of working out, and the results will come!  I know it can be hard to keep going when you’re not seeing immediate progress!
