Ladies, have you watched my #BBGcommunity interviews on my IGTV?
I had the most AMAZING time talking to ten incredible women about their health and fitness journeys. Each of them has been through some really challenging times, and each woman has a different story - but what they have in common is they ALL used my programs to help them get through some of the challenges they have faced. They have grown stronger mentally, physically and emotionally through their workouts.

One of the best things about what I do is that I get the chance to speak to women from all over the world, and hear about their lives and their relationship with training - so this was an incredible experience for me. I learnt SO much.
