⚠️ BANKSY’S SHOW ME THE MONET: Did you guess the artist? This is no Monet, but a mischievous twist on the Impressionist painter’s work by the one and only...Banksy.
Secretly on view in London for one day only, you can catch the work in person if you head to our New Bond Street Gallery before 5pm tomorrow, and say to a member of staff: ‘Show me the Monet’.
Created in 2005, the work is one of several Banksy works which set out to subvert traditional works from art history. Here, Banksy shines a light on society’s disregard for the environment in favour of consumerism.
The work will be offered for sale in our third live-streamed evening auction event this October 21.
