Comfortably, I become lost by and within the simplest of things. So far gone I was that night by a magic disco chair sitting empty at a roadside dhaba where Ram @kewalmauryatravels, and I were having dinner on our way to Amritsar. That evening was my second day back in India, wholly absorbed in blaring Punjabi music on the television, the constant rumble of trucks and cars going to and from Delhi. Definitely, it was the whirly lights and fringy hanging garlands I was most excited by, giddy for hours not knowing where I was, nor wanting to leave.
