A lil’ Saturday ab work🦋💃🏻 I always do 40 minutes of cardio first and then a ab circuit. It really doesn’t need to be fancynancy to be burning and effective🥰 Give this one a try an repeat as many times as you like!💕

Ps. Totally got a bag of m&ms after this bc- weekend🙈😂.

The workout: (no rest between exercises, between rounds take a minute or 2 rest).
• bicycle crunches - 30 seconds.
• bicycle crunch combo - 30 seconds.
• mountain climbers combo (6 normal/6 side to side) - 30 seconds.
• plank + shoulder touch (try not to move your hips!) - 30 seconds.

I did 5 rounds of these🦋 But adjust it to your own liking & level🥰!
