HOTEL WORKOUT! I’m SO over training in a mask (not to mention is anyone else starting breakout around their chin from wearing one all the time 🙄🙄) grabbed a DB and headed outside!

This is probably one of the workout circuits I complete pretty much anytime I’m training out of a hotel gym! All you need is a heavy-ish dumbbell and it hits your glutes SO good!

Perform each move back to back and rest for 1 min before the next round! Repeat for 4 rounds!

Dumbbell Deadlift - 15 reps slow and controlled. Make sure your weight is in your heels when sitting back to really target those glutes!

Sumo Squat - 15 reps slow and controlled with a little pause at the bottom. Spread your knees outward and drive through your heels on the way up!

Dumbbell Thrust (Kettlebell swing alternative) x 30 seconds. Squeeze your glutes while thrusting forward and keep your core tight throughout the movement!

Alternating Reverse Lunges - 16 reps (8 each leg) Keep a slight forward lean when pushing back up to starting position

**repeat for 4 rounds**
