FULL BODY CHAIR 👙 WORKOUT!

I tried to film in the gym today but people kept walking in so I tossed my hands up in frustration, went outside, tossed on a bikini and worked with what I had around me!! Improvise and use your imagination. You can pretty much workout with anything and everything 🤷🏻‍♀️ Use a chair, bench, stool, side table etc!

Slide 1: Chair Dip to Knee In - works your triceps and core! (16 reps - 8 each side)

Slide 2: Push up to Chair Raise (these burnnnn and are NOT easy) works your triceps, back and shoulders! (10 reps)

Slide 3: Step Up to Reverse Lunge - hits legs, glutes and stability! (10 reps each leg)

Slide 4: Jump Squats on chair - works legs and cardio (this is also great for beginners who are trying to get their form correct!) (30 seconds)

Slide 5: Mountain Climbers (Legs up) - core and cardio with upper body focus (30 seconds)

Slide 6: Mountain Climbers (Hands on Chair) - core and cardio burn! (30 seconds)
