Legs is easily my favourite training day of the week 🙌🏾 What’s yours & why? ⤵️
For me I love the pump I get from training legs, and there really isn’t any other exercise as challenging as the barbell squat.
No other exercise that just doesn’t allow you to quit when you feel like, if it’s a deadlift you can drop it, bench press, your over zealous spotter will shrug it off you at the first sign of effort 😏😅 but the SQUAT! My friend that weight on your shoulders only wants to move in one direction and you’ve got to bring it up every time! I love that.
