Legs is easily my favourite training day of the week 🙌🏾 What’s yours & why? ⤵️⁣

For me I love the pump I get from training legs, and there really isn’t any other exercise as challenging as the barbell squat. ⁣
No other exercise that just doesn’t allow you to quit when you feel like, if it’s a deadlift you can drop it, bench press, your over zealous spotter will shrug it off you at the first sign of effort 😏😅 but the SQUAT! My friend that weight on your shoulders only wants to move in one direction and you’ve got to bring it up every time! I love that. ⁣

Anyway that’s why I love legs day, what’s your favourite training day/exercise and why?⁣
