Slow and steady is the name of the game! Even tho I am putting a lot of effort in my nutrition and training again, my weight didn’t move much wich can be frustrating. Now I know that this is a patience game and my hormones and body needs to adapt to everything so I am not worried. I started to weight and measure my food so I eat enough to maintain my milk production and really try to go for high quality food. Zoe is #1 priority.
Diet is higher and protein and I move everyday from walk to bike to some light lifting and rehabilitation for pelvic floor and trans abdominal.
Not gonna lie, I would love to see change faster but I know they will come. I also need to keep in mind that my main job right now is to produce good milk for Zoe and that I am still healing from the birth process
I can see my body is finally slowly changing and getting tighter, but I know this is going to take time and effort and I am all in for it 🤗🙌🏽
Healthy mama, health baby = happy family 🤗♥️
my point being : we must stop judging ourselves with the scale!
1- are you fitter
2- does your clothes fit better
3- are your measurement better
4- are you a better person
5- do you like what you see in the mirror
6- do you like your life choices
7- are you comparing yourself to something achievable
8- are you healthier
9- is it healthy for you and the baby (that one is for me haha)
answering these questions are crucial in finding the right mindset and path in your fitness journey 🤗

even with my zero amount of sleep I can tell that my skin is so much better and the inflammation is coming down, I am also feeling stronger, fitter and its helping my mood, because lets me honest I might be the grumpiest person in the world with my husband these days #sofreakingtired
