Add one or both of these great back exercises to your routine, here’s why ⤵️⁣

It’s great being able to lift 600lbs+ off the floor repeatedly, but not so great if with all that strength, you cannot move you’re own body! So that is just one of the reasons I always try to incorporate some body weight exercises into my routines, from pull ups to pike push ups. ⁣

I’m purposely juxtaposing these two exercises, as they are on opposite sides of the scale when it comes to the lumbar spine load, but both highly effective at activating the lats and other back muscles.⁣

So if you have lower back issues, the Inverted Row is a great exercise you can perform without aggravating them, however if you don’t, then by all means do both! 💪🏾⁣
