(Pun intended 🤓) ⠀ My life motto is ‘live passionately, follow your dreams’ & photography has been the catalyst that allows me to get out in nature and do everything that I’m passionate about. ⠀ Before all of this I had several jobs where I was working in grocery stores, restaurants, and warehouses, and one job where the person training me ended up having me drive his car around while him and a friend smoked heroin in the back. I quit my job—I always felt like I could be doing something more. I’m so grateful I discovered photography while going to night school and ended up dedicating my life to it. ⠀ Since the beginning of my career I’ve been extremely selective on companies I choose to work with as I want to believe in both the products and the people behind them. I have definitely made less money than some of my competitors in the industry because I’ve chosen to turn down partnerships with alcohol brands, or any company that doesn’t align with my morals and ethics ...because truthfully, money wasn't the reason I originally set out in my grandmothers van to live on the road with only $81.10 to my name so many years ago haha. ⠀ One of my biggest goals for this platform has always been to inspire other people to follow their dreams, no matter who they are. I don’t want people to wish to be me, I want for you (yes, you!) to strive to be the best YOU possible.
