Grab your gliders! This workout is 💣

If you don’t have gliders you can use hand towels paper towels or even paper plates aaannddd if you don’t have any of those items read below to see how you can do them!

1️⃣. PUSH UP PASS REACH: you can modify this exercise by performing your push-ups on your knees. If you do not have anything to use as a glider top the floor in front of you instead.

2️⃣ PUSH UP KNEE TUCK PASS: You can modify this exercise by tapping your knee and dropping to your knees for the push-up.

3️⃣ T ROTATION KICK: if you gotten through exercise 1️⃣ and 2️⃣ and your gas from push-ups take out the push-up in this exercise and perform a T rotation with a glider kick or a kick if you don’t have gliders.

4️⃣ SIDE MOUNTAIN CLIMBER: One of my faves 🥰🥰 keep that core tight! You can modify this by elevating yourself on a table or chair. You can also perform this exercise if you don’t have gliders.
