Here are some stretches I do every morning when I wake up! Stretching in the morning relieves tension, increases blood flow and prepares your body for the day ahead. It also improves your mobility and posture! I hold each position for 15-30 seconds.
1. Lat and hamstring stretch
2. Pigeon stretch (open up my hips)
3. Tip toe & reach stretch (warm up my entire body)
4. Pet your pups (for unconditional love)
