Which will go away when you go back to your normal Activity level. If you don’t want this while being on vacation, just make sure to do one activity a day. Like hiking, taking a stroll along the beach, swim, do a mini workout etc. + drink loads of water during the day. This will take away most of the bloating and water retention. BUT- if you don’t want to, that’s absolutely fine too☺️ Just sharing thoughts here! - NOW- we’ve got that out of the way.
