Who’s ready for a crazy glute burn?🥵🥳 All you need is your beautiful self on this Monday & some energy.

You can do this workout in the gym with weights, with a resistance band or just body weight. The last one is a challenge on its own already😂 but the 🍑 will thank you later haha!

  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣Squat + slide lunge / 3 sets x 12 reps. One rep is one lunge, one squat, one lunge.
2️⃣ Donkey kickbacks / 3 sets x 15 controlled reps.
3️⃣ Single leg squat + slide / 3 sets x 12 reps.
4️⃣ Fire hydrants / 4 sets x 15 reps per leg.
5️⃣ Backwards lunge / 3 sets x 12 reps per leg.
6️⃣ Frog pumps / 3 sets x 20 reps. (Squeeze hard!).
