I’m so excited to unwind, relax and enjoy their luxurious beachside homes with our retreat group ✨ The full retreat itinerary will include daily yoga, meditation, delicious plant based meals served by our in-house chefs, boho picnic on the beach, hiking the Cape to Cape, sound healing and abstract art workshop 🎨 all with the intention to ignite joy, creativity and wellness ✨ As part of the retreat itinerary, join me for some creative fireside conversations while we enjoy a beautiful picnic on the beach. It will be an opportunity to ask me any questions you have, but more importantly a safe and relaxing space for us all to connect, share and be heard.
